JEFF DARREY JR.
President, State Certified Contractor
Jeff has been building custom homes since 1995. Born in Wisconsin – the home of numerous Frank Lloyd Wright creations – he comes from three generations of high quality impassioned builders. Tampa Bay has been his home for more than three decades.

As a State of Florida Certified Residential and Commercial Builder, Jeff is also a state certified home inspector.
Jeff and his wife Gwen live in Pinellas County. They have a son, Jeff III (who is part of the JR Structures team) and a daughter, Rebecca. Jeff and Gwen have two grandchildren. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends building meaningful relationships. Jeff can be frequently found on the waters – he is an avid saltwater fisherman.
LAN ZENTMEYER
Project Manager, State Certified Contractor
Lan has been in the building business for over 17 years. Born in Tampa, his dad was a building contractor and his grandfather was an engineer. He is a Certified Building Contractor and a Certified Home Inspector. Lan handles day-to-day management of projects and coordinates subcontractors and inspections. He and Jeff work closely preparing cost estimates and planning all construction projects.
“I started out as a framer and still enjoy working with my hands. It is amazing to see the project form before your eyes but I really enjoy building a home that a family is going to live in, make memories and maybe grow old in. We want to know you and your family. We want to learn the things you like and dislike. We are building relationships – not just homes.”
Lan lives in North Tampa and is married to Allison. They have a son, Grant and a daughter, Becksley. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and young family and friends. In his free time, Lan enjoys camping, gardening, golf, and reading.
JEFF DARREY III
Project Superintendent
Jeff’s role is to be on site to manage projects from hour to hour. Building a custom home is very personal and constantly changing. Jeff assures quality and schedules are maintained on the home buyer’s behalf.
“I wanted something that was different day to day, creating something beautiful and I wanted to work with my hands. Building custom homes is my dream job. We are creating one of the most significant purchases a person will make in their lifetime and it can be stressful. We’re here for you, to walk you through it, to support you, and to build you a home to live, laugh and love in.”
The Tampa Bay area is where Jeff grew up and where he calls home. His pride in JR Structures is derived from knowing they are building unique homes that will be around for decades to come in the Bay area.
Jeff enjoys photography, travel and Florida’s incredible beaches.
