Fee-based transparent approach

The advantage of a clear, open arrangement that passes on costs and savings to our clients eliminates added fees. It’s simply a better way to work. All invoices for materials, labor and equipment are shared with our clients. If a homeowner decides to upgrade a finish or feature, our management fee does not increase. JR Structures has long-standing relationships with many of our sub-contractors, ensuring quality craftsmanship at the best value possible. All sub-contracts and material purchases are negotiated on behalf of our clients to be mutually beneficial.

Value engineering

We work to provide the best value for our clients and make recommendations as they relate to investment and return. It’s part of our approach to minimizing building costs while maximizing quality. Our subcontractors and suppliers are selected based on cost, as well as quality and dependability. Many of our valued construction partners have been working with us for decades. This allows us to work efficiently and cost effectively — passing that benefit on to you.

Design & communications

We offer complete design/build services or will gladly work with your architect or designer. Good communication throughout design and construction is critical. We use the most current technology to manage the construction process and communication with our clients. Whether you are just down the street or moving across the country, JR Structures has the ability to smoothly manage the communication and building process from design through completion. Responsive and decisive clients help ensure and maintain the construction timeline. We hold ourselves accountable to our commitments to you.
